    Retail Store Hours:

    Mon - Sat: 9:00am to 4:00pm

    Sunday - 9:00am to 3:00pm

    Closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

    ORDER POLICY

    Once your order has shipped the sale is final. We do not accept returns. If we determine the product was damaged due to our packing process we will replace it.

    The Baraboo Candy Company is not responsible for lost or damaged product caused by the Shipping Carrier or due to Weather Temperatures.

    We highly recommend adding Cold Packs to your order to help protect the shipment if temperatures are above 80 degrees.
